Monday through Friday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Delivery and Shipping

Orders placed before 12:00PM CST will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00PM CST will typically ship the following day. Shipments are normally made via UPS, or common carriers if needed. Unless otherwise specified, we will use our best judgment in determining the carrier and route. All items are shipped F.O.B. shipping point, unless quoted otherwise.

Freight Claims

Notify your local UPS office immediately. Keep all damaged goods, containers and packaging until you are advised to dispose of or return them. We are not responsible for merchandise damaged or lost by motor freight carriers. If your shipment is damaged or shorted, have the carrier note this on the delivery receipt. Without this notation you accept the shipment at your own risk. Contact our office to advise us that the shipment was lost or damaged. We will be glad to help you with the claim process.

Method of payment

We will only accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Be sure to include your card number, three-digit pin number, expiration date, and zip code for billing address of card on all orders.

Note: Beerman Precision conducts an extensive verification process and a delay in shipping may occur if the shipping address and billing address are different.

New/Open Accounts

We encourage all commercial customers to apply for an open account. New accounts cannot be established without a credit application. To establish an open account, complete and return our credit application that can be downloaded, e-mailed, faxed or mailed to you. Your application will be processed quickly and confidentially.

Pricing and Quotations

Please feel free to contact us for the current price on all items from the manufacturers that we represent. Prices do not include applicable sales tax and/or shipping charges.

Returns and Cancellations

Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and only with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. All merchandise being returned is subject to inspection and acceptance. We reserve the right to apply handling and/or restocking charges on returns.

Sales Tax

We only charge State and Local tax in Louisiana and Mississippi. Tax is charged on all orders for which an exemption certificate has not been provided. If your order is shipping to Louisiana or Mississippi and your order is exempt please contact us so when can arrange to get your exemption certificate on file.
